**Job Description** The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Manufacturing & Supply Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. This internship is mainly in the laboratory setting with potential to assist in the manufacturing floor setting, including monitoring of key processing parameters, troubleshooting/resolution of manufacturing problems, demonstration of new and/or improved processes, and assisting the manufacturing area in achieving productivity. The work is closely supervised, but requires application of sound scientific principles, theories, concepts, and techniques, as well as competency in working safely in the antibiotic manufacturing environment. The incumbent is expected to collect information and develop solutions to specific projects of a limited scope. Assignments may be designed to develop professional knowledge and to provide broad experience and familiarization with our Company's methods, standards, procedures, and practices. Education: + Currently enrolled in a College/University Chemistry, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering undergraduate or graduate program. Required Experience and Skills: + Junior or Senior studying Chemistry, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering degree. + Good written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills including flexibility and ability to work in a team environment. Good analytical and problem solving abilities.
